Fantastic location, very homely and clean Positive: The cottage was lovely, very clean and had everything you needed, right by the river it was lovely, Negative: The sofa it needs an upgrade, that is my only gripe about this beautiful place

Everything was absolutely great, just needs to work on few little things Positive: I didn't had breakfast Negative: I was unhappy about the 150 Pound refundable for any damage caused during the stay which they requested in order to check in which I believe is not necessary as I was standing on road in rain waiting to check in but they keep insisted that until the 150pound is not paid, they won't let me check in which is very wrong as i had bags with me which really caused me stress

poorly equipped old fashioned apartment in nice location. Positive: Great location, comfortable bed, good shower, gas fire place. Negative: Poorly equipped kitchen, kitchen sink is very inconvenient, faucets need repair. Kitchen is small and old. No salt, pepper, no olive oil - usually apartments have these small things, had to buy for short stay. A sofa is with spring sticking out - that really can injure your back! Be carefull! the worst thing is - that this was already mentioned in the reviews in 2023 !!! -and the owner assured that they would fix it... and didn't. Apartment lacks style, it seems that all the things are random, old and have a little smell of mold. Messy garden. You feel there like its easy money for the hosts, haven't felt welcome there. Will not rent it again.

Heel mooi plekje voor een weekje edinburgh Positive: De locatie was echt top. We hadden genoeg plek en ook een geweldig uitzicht. We konden gemakkelijk naar het centrum lopen en ook de verbinding met het OV was erg gemakkelijk. We konden zo de bus pakken na minder dan 10 minuten lopen. Negative: De bank was een beetje stug en de keuken is wat klein. Misschien was een extra kastje in de badkamer fijn geweest om onze spullen zoals tandenborstels makkelijker neer te zetten. Maar verder was het erg goed.

Positive: Heerlijke douche en schoon, goed bed, uitzicht en locatie top! Voor 4 dagen stedentrip prima appartement. Negative: Keuken wat raar ingedeeld, maar die hebben wij niet gebruikt.
