Modern Grassmarket Apartment

nice apartment near main touristy streets in the centre of Edinburgh! would def recommend to friends Positive: cute inside interior, convenient way to get at the apartment by the back door and not disturbing anyone, hosts and residents of the building. i recommend using the upper gates to get in and out once you've got your keys from the lockbox by the lower gates (more lively street up there). we've had a nice stay here! Negative: minor cons: lock doesnt seem super safe (simple mechanism) but not too much of a problem. the hook on the door was NOT safe to use for keys -- you can literally get the keys from the outside through the letter hole (we've checked lol). a couple of hooks in the bathroom would be much appreciated for hanging bath towel when you go shower. but all those are minor minuses and things to consider changing for the hosts -- overall experience was pretty good!

Great location Positive: Loved the location, easy walking to basically everything. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from that are open late. Negative: The parking garage was difficult to navigate with a compact SUV so I definitely don't recommend that size of vehicle. The house was so damp/humid that our laundry took two days to dry on the rack even with the heater running right next to it. Beds were uncomfortable

Extremely helpful managers, they went out of their way to let us pick up an item we left behind. We so appreciate it! Positive: Incredibly convenient and spacious.

Positive: The location is perfect for Us. Very close to Edinburgh Castle. The property exceeded to our expectation. Very Clean and spacious.
