Holyrood Duplex 3-Bedroom Apartment

Positive: Grand appartement , lumineux, bien situé et très propre. Un petit super marché se trouve juste à côté ce qui est pratique. Conciergerie très réactive Negative: Une machine à café serait utile, ainsi qu’un tabouret de plus pour pouvoir manger à 5.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Positive: L’emplacement Negative: La cage d’escalier très sale, dommage car l’appartement est confortable. Pas de cafetière c’est dommage.

Good to stay for the price but bring earplugs Positive: The location was excellent. It had enough space for all of us. There was good food and shops very close and everything we wanted to walk to was less than a mile away. The living room was a great size for playing card games. Negative: The beds bowed a lot towards the center. We had an issue with the heat and hot water from the tap. It was very noisy (outside of the hosts control)(people being loud, dogs barking loud, etc). Every single door needs some WD 40 as they squeak very loudly.

Positive: There were two of us, and each of us had our own comfy bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs lounge and kitchen were also really nice. And the view out our bedrooms and the kitchen featured Arthur's Seat, which is a pretty impressive sight. We had a car that we were able to park in the nearby parking garage for free, and the location of the flat is only a short walk to Old Town, Holyrood Park, the Royal Mile, and basically anything one might want to see as a visitor. Negative: Because the accommodation is on the 2nd floor and only accessible by stairs, my friend quickly tired of the climb. I didn't mind at all, but it is something to consider for people who aren't used to climbing lots of stairs
