Positive: Spacious apartment, great to have the 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Good location. Bus stop right outside the front door.
Negative: As this is an ex-tennement style place the communal entrance area is very tired and poorly lit. Window in the kitchen was not easy to close once opened.

Great location and spacious flat.
Positive: We had a group of 8 with three couples. The space was more than enough, comfortable, with a great common room and kitchen. We were very impressed.
Negative: Top flat location.
