5-BR 3-BTH Newington Apartment - Modern & Spacious

Positive: Spacious apartment, great to have the 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Good location. Bus stop right outside the front door. Negative: As this is an ex-tennement style place the communal entrance area is very tired and poorly lit. Window in the kitchen was not easy to close once opened.

Great location and spacious flat. Positive: We had a group of 8 with three couples. The space was more than enough, comfortable, with a great common room and kitchen. We were very impressed. Negative: Top flat location.

We wouldn't return again Positive: The location was very good and the proximity to things like restaurants etc. Negative: The apartment was not what we were expecting. We are intentional travellers and the exterior of the building was very shabby, with beer bottles and an overgrown bush, a worn out door, and dark and dingy entrance that looks like it's from a horror movie. 4 flights of stairs in the dark with luggage really was not how we expected this to play out. Please note: the property itself is just ok. It 100% felt like a student accommodation and the kitchen was pretty basic.

Positive: Nice apartment, airy and clean. Good layout. Close enough to the historic center. Negative: Third floor without elevator. The stairs and the front yard are run down. The fifth bedroom is very small and has no window.

Positive: The living area was very large and comfortable. Negative: We were glad we didn't have to use the bedroom with no window.
