Beautiful location . Interesting flat - overpriced

Positive: Very nice cosy ground floor apartment just off the beach promenade with local restaurants and pubs very close by. Great base for a seaside stay and also for trips into the centre of Edinburgh whilst avoiding the crowds of the main city centre.
