Positive: The location Negative: Not clean enough. Quite small, not suitable for more than 4 people (we were 5)

Positive: El apartamento está bien de tamaño y tiene buena ubicación. Zona muy tranquila y sin problemas durante la estancia. Muy cómodo que incluya acceso al parking cercano si vas con coche. Negative: El edificio donde está el apartamento es horrible, viejo y mal conservado. La primera impresión es muy mala.

tl;dr; The host attempted to extort money from us, to pay for "damage" that was present before. Positive: The place was nicely close to the center. Kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. Negative: The host attempted to extort money from us for "damage". There were some small issues with the equipement throughout our stay: One window could not be closed properly due to some loose screw falling into the frame, there was a wiggly hook on the toilet door which broke during our stay, etc. When we checked out, the host sent us message saying that we have to pay for repair of these (including a scratch on a cabinet we didn't even use), even though all of this was due to clear lack of maintanance on their side. After we have responded to the host, that we haven't caused any of this and we won't pay anything, we got only silence on their side, so we are pretty sure they were trying to see if they can get more money from us. Apart from this, there were few more issues: * the "double" bed was quite small and very uncomfortable for two people * one day, the power just went out for the whole day and we had to contact the host to fix it. Apparently the host has changed the electricity contract recently and this "just happens sometimes" * the entry to the building was pretty disgusting
